Lay-By Policy

Eligibility

Lay-by is available on orders of R1,500 or more.

Deposit

A 50% deposit is required to secure your order. The deposit must be paid via EFT within 24 hours of placing your order.

Balance Payment

The remaining 50% balance is due within 30 days of the order date.

Payment Details

EFT payment instructions will be provided on your order confirmation page and in your order confirmation email.

Order Processing & Delivery

Orders are processed once the deposit has been received and are dispatched only after full payment has been received.

Changes to Lay-By Orders

Once the deposit has been received, lay-by orders cannot be modified, including changes to the product, size, colour, or quantity.

Failure to Pay

If the deposit is not received within 24 hours, or the remaining balance is not paid within 30 days, Mother of Gao reserves the right to cancel the lay-by order.

Cancellations & Refunds

The 50% lay-by deposit is non-refundable. By placing a lay-by order, you agree to reserve stock specifically for your purchase. If the remaining balance is not paid within 30 days, your order may be cancelled and the deposit will be forfeited.
